USA Bureau Meeting's Minutes for 7/5/2014
The meeting took place via teleconferencing phone call at 2:15 pm,
PST, on July 5th, 2014 and lasted about 26 minutes followed by
another 15 minutes of conversation after the meeting's final
roll call. The 2014 improvements
to the bylaws were approved.

ROLL CALL: By company Secretary James Ogle;
Present were Jim Doyle, Kristy Knight Allen, Dorothy Collins,
Jennifer Woodward, Heli Tattari, Cindy Currier and James
Ogle facilitator.

PROOF OF SERVICE: Company secretary James Ogle; Said he made
emails, facebook messages and phone calls
notifying all BoDs of the time and phone number
of the conference call 31 days before meeting date.

APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTIONS OF LAST MEETING'S MINUTES: James
Ogle read last meeting of 1/5/2014's
which had been approved on 1/5/2014.

REPORT OF OFFICERS: James Ogle reported that no national
convention activities took place on July 4th, 2014.

ELECTION OF WORKER BOARD OF DIRECTORS: All voting results
which had ended before the meeting convened at 2:15 pm
were approved and no new votes, changes or corrections
made. See results here.

ELECTION OF AGENDA: James Ogle read a brief summary of
agenda items, improvements to bylaws and all agenda items were approved.
See the items on the agenda approved here.
Some comments included voiced support for pay raises in shares
allotted to the executives. Jenni Woodward also expressed
interest in getting Ian Luckett involved in a test site
for the International Parliament and she said she had a
"longtime, mentor, computer friend, computer scientist, author
from San Francisco East Bay named Sam Osborne" who she
wanted to gage his interest. She said
Sam is an expert computer administrator and that she'd
like to "see what his interest is in the International
Parliament".
