The California Super-state Parliament Guidelines for California Super-state Parliament (ss11)

GUIDELINES - RESOLUTION NUMBER 1 - 4/3/2018 - Committee of Jim Doyle and James Ogle

_1__ All seven geographical levels of the First International Parliament
and each consecutively enumerated elected International Parliaments which
follow, shall have the one set of guidelines (also known as "rules")
and that way the First International Parliament and each consecutively
enumerated elected International Parliament which follows shall be
guided by the one international level.

_2__ In cases where primaries and runoffs are scheduled in all world elections,
there will be custom dates selected for the primary and runoff starting with the
California Super-state Election of 2018, and these precedents set by the California
Super-state Election of 2018 will be a foundation for planning primary and runoff
elections for all world elections with primaries and runoffs.
