Greetings. My name is James Orlando Ogle the 3rd and I'm running for
Lt. Governor of California in 2018.
I promote an ultra-conservative voting system where votes aren't
liberally thrown away and wasted, a Republican/Humanitarian Party Coalition,
which is organizing around Earth Day, on April 21st and 22nd, 2018.
I promote the concept of paper ballots, consecutive numeral votes and
transparent guidelines. I always demand the counting the paper ballots
under the algebra of ranked choice voting (1,2,3,4,5,etc.) instead of
the addition of plurality votes ("X", click the dot, yes/no, etc.).
I support the Green Party's positions on recycling and solar energy.
I studied architectural design and have designed passive solar buildings.
I also like Libertarian Party's philosophy of the non initiation of force, smaller
government, increased liberty and I'd like to promote these very
worthy concepts to the American people and help transform the USA
through free speech rights and ballot access.
A Quick Story Followed by the Plan
As one of the founders of the USA Parliament, a non profit which received recognition
by the Federal Elections Commission on August 1st, 1995, I've been maintaining
and promoting its activities as a political voter registration drive
every year for twenty-three consecutive years (1995 to 2018).
Harry Browne [Libertarian] Elected #1, in 1993
In the first election held in Usenet in 1993, Honorable Harry Browne [Libertarian]
was elected #1 in the election because many Libertarians across the country voted for him.
About My Campaign
My campaign for Lt. Governor has one main purpose and goal which is
to create harmony, peace and order for all US citizens, through the most
mathematical and advanced voting system known since the mid-1800s, the
Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system under ranked choice voting.
The Sainte-Lague system can give every voter the liberty to self categorize under
any party/category they wish without penalty. This needed free speech reform would
help inform the voter inside the voting booth, with a word by the nominee's name
while on the ballot, at the very moment when the name is being considered for a vote.
I am promoting pure proportional representation (PPR).
I want to project conciliatory language to all parties and independents, and a
guarantee of majority rule (50% plus one vote) on all decisions, where everyone's
name has both an equal chance to participate and an equal chance to elect their
own name and/or someone else' name to represent their interests.
Under this voting system literally hundreds of alternative candidates
and/or decisions can be nominated and voted on as quickly as all of the
participants can rank the choices in order; #1, #2, #3, etc. And the best
candidates and most innovative ideas can be approved by simple majority,
with all the items and/or names garnering the greatest support elected
as the highest ranked item/name in consecutive order.
This system can be used to reduce the federal budget because not only
can all Congressmen's suggested budget be averaged for a total.
Next, everyone's ideas items can be prioritized/ranked,
and thus elected with 50% plus one of the total votes cast,
but then the every minute item along with the total budget
can be increased or reduced incrementally by calibrating the results
up or down across the board equally. Every item will be affected
proportionately, thus gaining the support of all those involved.
A am able to articulate the advantages of PPR. But the city of SF California
is not a good example, because although they do use ranked choice voting (RCV) in
city elections, they use the RCV in single winner districts which guarantees a
one party system.
The city of Santa Clara California is considering pure proportional represerntation (PPR)
on June 5th 2018 city elections, but the proposed plan would divide the city in half,
causing gerrymandering and that will double the election threshold for city council
in Santa Clara from 14.29% (plus one vote) in at-large PPR, to 25% (plus one vote)
and will lower the guaranteed voter satisfaction level from 85.71 (plus 6 votes) to
75% (plus 6 votes).
A Guarantee for Gender Balance
Should 2/3rds of the voters alternate genders as their #1 and #2 choice,
then mathematically the 2/3rds are guaranteed to elect their top female and top male
(or visa versa) for Governor and Lt. Governor under ranked choice voting
in the Sainte-Lague parliament seat distribution system.
We can now guarantee that when this is done, #1 and #2 will be elected as Governor and Lt. Governor
candidates, and whomever the 2/3rds ranks from the many choices
will be elected California Governor and Lt. Governor, be they female or male.

Republican/Humanitarian Agreement for Paper Ballots
Only on April 22nd, 2018, Until Republican/Humanitarian Agreement is Expanded
Everyone please help our team and spread the word. We oppose thumbs
up and all forms of plurality votes, because there is only one way for
the perfection of pure proportional representation (PPR) and that is
by using ranked choice voting (RCV) in multiple winner districts of
two or more.
No other way of voting is acceptable by the new International Parliament,
except for voting under pure proportional representation (PPR).
No "yes verses no" votes are ever allowed by our team, because yes
and no are not numerals, and we require numerals when voting,
beginning with #1 and followed by consecutive numerals, to get PPR.
No other way. Our Vote Counting Ministry deems all voting systems
except for PPR to not be democratically legit.
Republican/Humanitarian Agreement
Special case; only paper ballots being used, and that helps to register voters.
The paper ballot will be prepared and released on 4/20/2018, and then the elections and
campaigning will continue through the first Tuesday in November, 2018, but
the marked eballots cast on Earth Day will elect the team.
The voting, the insurtion of the votes into a clear ballot box, and then the
opening and counting of the votes will be fimed on video live on Earth Day,
the counting to begin at 4:00 pm, Monterey Bay Park.
Today the plan is to use the paper ballot only on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2018,
under an agreement within the Vote Counting Ministry between the
two verifiers/counters; James Ogle [Republican] and Anthony Jamison [Humanitarian].
We welcome the expansion of the use of the paper ballots as a voter registration
drive (the back side feature as standard federal voter registration form),
but any agreement must be approved by consensus between Ogle and Jamison.
Volunteers are asked to coordinate with the International
Parliament's (IP) Vote Counting Minister James Ogle, the 7th California
Parliament Election of 2018, and/or additional geographical
levels affiliated with international and California politics.
California residents may request nomination in the
7th California Parliament Cabinet at signup and we will elect
their name to the Cabinet with Ministry of their choosing:

Be sure to sign up to the team by clicking the "Sign Up" tab on the top of this
web page. There you may indicate what the party/category you'd like to be
categorized under in the fantasy parliament (not connected to "real"
elections), and you may indicate which level, region or Ministry you'd like
your name to participate. Multiple levels/regions are encouraged,
until we reach saturation point in that level/region in the California Parliament.
Thanks again, and I look forward to being on YOUR team, to build the kind of
team we all want, and to transform our state to a new higher level of
mathematical perfection.
Very truly yours,
