___ The effective date of the election of the Coalition of Seven shall be from the date of ballot release which is to be from August 10, 2014, through the date when the 2014 Maine State Election names for the 2014 Maine State election in 2014 are announced.

___ The Coalition of Seven makes their own decisions as individuals regarding initiatives and propositions on ballots in state elections.

___ Decisions should be made by a simple majority of the seven members of the "Coalition of Seven" who vote on an eballot or a paper ballot, to be known as the "ruling coalition method". In this method, one or more of the seven may approve decisions. 50% plus one is majority.

___ Once the rules for the election of the "Coalition of Seven" have been approved by one or more MMPs (MMPs=members of mini-state parliament), the rules shall be posted in the US Parliament's forum; http://www.usparliament.org/forum/

___ When ever any doubts occur as to what the precedent shall be which are not covered by the set of rules for Maine Mini-state (ss1-1), then the set of rules approved by the USA Parliament shall be used to set precedents; http://www.usparliament.org/rules.htm

___ The Coalition of Seven should be known only as the "Coalition of Seven".

___ The "Tie-Breaker Election #2" eballots and paper ballots are to be accepted only from the 42 ballot qualified names (for ME state elections), the same 42 names which appear on said eballot.

___ The Coalition of Seven should hold another "Tie-Breaker Election #2" to narrow the field to seven names for the seven state wide offices. The debate rules should be approved by the "6th Maine Parliament" by the ruling coalition; the largest block of elected voting members of state parliament (MSPs in ss11) to elect the single set of rules under IRV.

___ Once each state office is won on November 4, 2014 by any members of the elected "Coalition of Seven", an "all party committee" of three paid staff will be hired, which are to be recruited from the top three vote getters from the eballots and paper ballots which were distributed according to rules as approved.
