Please print out
the form below (_#1_Yes' only is ok), by hand or by printer, fill
in the blanks, (i.e. #1, #2, $3, etc.), and mail it to the US Parliament.
That way, we can understand what you're looking for; is a self
appointment, or free membership card your #1 interest? All
new members, MPs (members of parliament), MSPs (members of super-state
parliament) and MMPs (members of mini-state parliament), will receive
the free membership card if either currently elected or self appointed
once we receive the request (please include a SASE). Contact
us to have your name removed, or to serve simultaneously in other
levels. We are cost free and you may self categorize as you wish.
Your name will continue to serve there until elections are held
and your vote totals drop below 1%.
Thanks very much for your interest and support. Please
consider the, once per four year term, dues paying option ($12.).
